I love Family Lawn. I've used them for several years now and they have always been a pleasure to work with. Jenna at the front desk and Mike the owner have been amazing points of contact for any need I have, and the work itself is always high quality and hassle-free. And my lawn looks great so the work speaks for itself! Any unexpected issues or needs that arise have always been handled fairly and professionally, and the employees clearly work hard and care about their results.

I am also the type of customer that (probably annoyingly) prefers to understand everything I can about the work I'm contracting, and everyone at Family Lawn from the administrator to the owner are very knowledgeable and have always been happy to answer any questions I have. Honestly, I couldn't ask for more from a lawncare provider.

Update- 2 years later we couldn't be happier. We got a trampoline and I was concerned about the grass under it. They are taking great care to shuffle it around and mow everything underneath. Better than anything I could have hoped for!

George and another gentleman came out today and did all the spring cleanup on our yard. Looks fantastic. We used them last year for mowing and were so impressed. We have had a lot of companies and by far the best.

In addition to excellent performance of regular services, the owners and staff are quick to address any unforeseen issues or problems with care and speed. Mike and his team at The family Lawn provided excellent service for my overgrown lawn. They were friendly and their customer service was amazing. They accomplished everything I needed and the price was reasonable for the amount of overgrowth I had.

The family lawn team is wonderful. They do a thorough job. They’re consistent. They’re great at communicating changes or asking questions or responding to needs and Jenna will get back to you asap for anything. They’re sweet to my dog when he’s outside when they get here. They are respectful of my yard and space and don’t leave any messes behind and are careful with my gate that may be a thousand years old. They’re very affordable and offer a great value for their service. I’ve been using them for many years and they’ve been nothing but wonderful. Through the pandemic. Before. Now. I can’t recommend them enough.

We've worked with Family Lawn for 5 years, after using other purveyors for 8 years. Wish we'd found them sooner. It is terrific company; Dependable, prompt, honest competent and you get what you pay for. Jena and Mike are great to work with and on site staff are courteous and diligent. Best we found in 13 years.
