That Girl did an amazing job post hurricane Irma with removing a large tree and stump to preparing my property from he damage for a wedding. I wanted plants that would help deter bugs on my river property. Sage found exactly what I wanted and made it look beautiful. Sage, Stephen and their crew worked hard and were very professional. Could not have done it without them. Thanks for a great job well done!!!

Without a doubt the worst lawn care service we have ever dealt with. They promise total service, but provide only mowing. We needed to call them weekly just to get them to show up. After 3 months we terminated their service. That was in September and we are still waiting on our refund. I want choose my words carefully.They do NOT honor their contract and their business practices are questionable at best. We are in the process of going to small claims court to recover the balance of our deposit. PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF THE COMPANY

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THAT GIRL LANDSCAPE...Sage was consulted to do a whole yard cleanup on our newly purchased home to include cleaning out landscaping, removing trees, trimming hedges. She took a $3400 deposit from us, after showing up for what was maybe 10 hours of work she never returned. Numerous texts and phone calls later (2 months worth) all we got were excuses from Sage for why they could never come back. We asked for a refund, she assured us we would be refunded but we never saw the money. We filed a small claims case against her and she admitted to owing us $2200 in court, we are still waiting to see our entire refund and after doing a records search we aren't the only ones. Sage Hunter has around 17 small claims cases in St. John's county and has just been arrested on Grand Theft/Larceny charges (6/9/22) due to the fact that she continues to steal from potential clients. She knows what she is doing and has zero moral code as her greed has taken over and she knows she doesn't have to money to pay her customers she has stolen from. Steer clear at all costs

Extremely thankful for That Girl Lawn Care and Tree Service and her crew! My home was destroyed by an extremely large oak tree that fell into, on, and around my home during hurricane Irma. That Girl Lawn Care and Tree Service came to my home the very morning after the hurricane to remove the tree and secure the roof so that it was safe to go inside and remove any items. When I tried to pay That Girl Lawn Care and Tree Service for their work the owner Sage refused payment. Cannot describe how thankful I am for what they did to help me to save so many of my belongings. Months later I still use That Girl Lawn Care and Tree Service at my new home. My expectations are by far exceeded with the quality of work performed with every visit.

Homeowner beware! That Girl had lots of excuses to not maintain our lawnmower We paid in advance for a month of service for two properties. The first week it was a struggle to get them to come out. The second week they were a no show. The third week they kept postponing our lawn maintenance. Finally, I cancelled the service and requested a refund for the weeks they did not cut the lawns. No response. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I am on my way to small claims court to file a charge and claim. Two months ago I paid to have two trees on my driveway trimmed I have had 23 excuses since then two months later and the trees have not been touched. The latest yesterday and which I said if they’re not here by 3 o’clock or my money refunded I will go to court. I guess you know what happened never use this fraud business located Saint Augustine Florida.

That Girl...gets 5++ stars from me and my husband! When we called Stephen to request an estimate, it was a Friday and he was over 50 miles away. He drove to our property after work that day, walked the land and gave us a free estimate on our list of projects. We had a copy of his insurance certificate before nightfall!

Stephen always kept us informed. He began/finished work as scheduled. He also supervised/operated with his friendly, highly professional crew. Sage, his partner and an arborist, inspected all work and made sure we were satisfied.

Our one day project list: surgically prune a huge live oak to reduce stress from root system compaction (bucket truck work; ace saw man; NO mistakes); prune branches from 2-story cabin roof line; prune and/or remove too-big-for-us-to-handle forest trees damaged by Hurricane Irma; and relocate and redesign a vintage 30’-walkway (heavy pavers). These guys even cut logs into firewood length pieces for us to split later and cleaned up expertly before leaving.

As a retired forestry professional, I can assure prospective customers That Girl... knows the trade inside and out! They have good equipment, the right equipment, and high standards of safety and integrity.

We all hope for a boring hurricane season, but if Mother Nature whips up more tree-trouble, we know we will be calling on That Girl... again. Thank you Sage, Stephen and crew for a job well done!

The rain and no lawn mower turned my yard into quite the forest. It was such a mess. They worked their magic and now i have an awesome backyard that I can be out with to enjoy with my kid and dogs. I have them come back every 2 weeks and they're always on time, they always do a great job, and the crew is super friendly. If I have any extra requests its always no problem. I am very happy with my service and I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!
