Juan and his crew showed up daily, on time, and did a great job with the vision we had for our home. They built a small fence for the front yard and garden beds, a/c barrier, sod, and concrete for our back yard. They finished on time and communicated with us every step of the way. Juan personally met with us to hand pick the type of rocks, soil and sod we preferred. I will definitely be contacting him and his crew for future landscaping projects!

We reached out to Terrain Creations to assist in
helping re-landscape our backyard after we put in a new swimming pool. Juan, the owner, was very responsive and set up a date to come out and provide an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and provided excellent feedback on ways to make the yard more usable and welcoming.

We ultimately chose them to do the work based on a combination of price, their knowledge and feedback from our estimate meeting, and the quality of their past projects (take a look at their website gallery). The quality of their work speaks for itself and was the main reason we chose them.

The end result is that we are incredibly impressed with the work they provided. Juan and his team communicated well, showed up on time, were professional, courteous and friendly and completed the project within budget and on time.

In addition, they went above and beyond what I expected in locating and making adjustments to existing yard drains and generally communicating throughout the project to make sure I understood and was happy with what was going on.

We have a number of additional projects to complete (once we have the money) such as landscaping a large sloped hill and building a retaining wall. I will definitely be looking to Juan and his team to assist. They are an awesome team and we cannot recommend them more highly.

Juan does amazing work with great insight, attention to detail and is flexible in making changes (at his suggestion and at our suggestion) His men are extremely talented as well. They did it all; design, demolition, hardscape, drainage, electrical, watering, artificial grass, walls, cement work, texturing, tiling, etc We have people knock on our door to complement us on the yard and to ask who did the design and installation. Juan and his workers were so professional and willing to meet all of my ever changing needs and requests and always with a smile. I was unsure of what I wanted in my backyard and Juan helped me through the process of creating a plan and was open to any of my ideas. During the project, if I wanted to make any adjustments, even those that required more work it was always no problem. I was able to go with Juan to the nursery and he guided me through making the plant choices. The workers left the yard clean daily and were the happiest, hardest workers I have ever seen in this business. The end result of the backyard is exactly what I hoped for. I've known Juan for the past 10 years. He did the landscaping for both front and back yard in my previous house and my current house. Some of my neighbors used his landscaping service after they saw how amazing the curb appeal turned out to be. Not only does Juan give you a stunning landscaping design, the work quality of his crew is also great. Juan is very responsive even after the job is complete. Whenever I have questions or concerns for my garden, he'd respond right away. He may not be the cheapest, but his bid is very reasonable, considering how good his design and work quality is. I would not hesitate to use his service again if I am buying a new house and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs landscaping services (no matter how big/small the service need is).

Terrain Creations does amazing work. I was having horrible issues year after year with my pond forming a massive bubble in the liner and pushing the fish and the water out. Juan and his crew had an interesting solution. The quote included a pump and some trenching for irrigation pipe. For something out of the ordinary, I had no idea what to expect. What let me tell you what I got. A whole lot better than I bargained. Regardless all the digging and work, my yard looked better then before his crew arrived. They fixed minor little things along the way. I was so happy and impressed that I did another bid for sprinkler and drainage. Very solid work. I can't say everything worked as perfect, the world doesn't work that way. But Terrain Creations and crew came back quick to help work out some unexpected issues. I will call him again when I need work.
