First I hired them to do my maintenance for my yard. I have a very water-conscious yard with no lawn and no irrigation. I just wanted someone to come putter around my garden now that I couldn’t because of back problems. They did a great job.

Then I asked about landscaping the back of my house, which had just had a new walkway installed. I also had some large water tanks I purchased years ago but never installed. They did both things, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I will include some photos:

Terra Nova completely reworked our back yard as part of our home remodel. They installed an urbanite (recycled concrete pavers on gravel) patio, a grey water system for our washing machine and a 500 gallon water recatchment system so that we could reduce our water consumption in the garden. They are flexible, easy to work with and full of cool sustainable ideas. We now use their tread lightly landscape service to help avoid the noise and pollution of big trucks and blowers.
