I m very very disappointed, I order a guava tree u can’t wait to get it. I give a credit to be on time, even she said Ca it have to on Friday, that is ok. When I received the guava tree, I open right away the first thing I see all the leaves have big holes all over because it’s a sick tree, I found green insect and she sent it to me, now it transferred to my other healthy tree. I m very sad and up set about this problem. I feel the seller cheated me. I keep telling her send me a good guava tree. I will be happy to see it but it’s totally disappointed.
Thus s first and also last time to buy a tree by shipping, never again.

Very rude as a 1st time customer. Was taken aback by the rudeness and crass behavior. Will not return. I recommend locating a different dealer for plants. Kerby's is very kind and helpful. It's shameful to be rude to 1st time customers who are just learning about planting.
UPDATE:::.....I never asked for a discount...must have the wrong customer. Clearly you do this sort of behavior a lot. But...even if anyone does that doesn't excuse rude behavior or walking away. Being kind and polite goes a long long way.

Called about dwarf avocado trees. Went to see them not knowing much of them but I wanted one.. he show me one based on what I had mentioned to him and he stated the this tree will be better than the other I like and selected. It look kind of dead look wise. Versus the other one was much more greener. So I went with his advise and instructions to care for it.
I did as instructed and the tree died, it was a bad tree and I’m pretty should he knew that and I should have went with my wife feeling.
I ask for him to replace it and he said no, I reached again and again he said no.
Be careful with places like this that will sell you a bad tree and no replacement like most other plant and tree places.

This place has one of best tree roses. I put them in my car and my whole car smelled like rose. Defintely going to get more of that.They have water lily and koi fish as well

Rude!! The guy that works here is rude, no customer service skills at all.
I've been trying to shop at this place 3 times, everytime I had a bad experience. The guy ignores me and walks away.
I was looking for few plants for my garden, that's all. If you don't like to deal with people maybe you should close your business!

Just got two really nice Mulberry trees yesterday! My kids are so excited! Friendly, helpful, and great pricing! Highly recommend!
