I was so impressed with Antwon, Liz and their team. They installed stone, new sod, and went the extra mile by fixing the parts of our sprinkler system that needed help. In the end they gave us the most dreamy lawn. They were professional, consistant, and thorough. Even though the pictures dont do their work justice, the proof is in the pudding, look at those clean lines. 10 out of 10 experience, and we're looking forward to working with them on future projects.

I highly recommend superior landscaping! Lizbet and Antwon are fantastic and easy to work with. They recently completed a clean up at our property and it looks exactly as I envisioned. From my first inquiry, they have been responsive and pro-active in communications, especially in the rainy season when sometimes work has to be adjusted. We are now bi-weekly customers!

This company has the City contract. 2 hour siestas are normal. I'm watching one now, we are almost 2 hours into. My real problem with them is using sprays within 20 feet of my Bay. City of Miami is responsible for this sad company.

Superior is a fantastic landscaping service, family owned and operated. Very hands on, easy to contact, and always willing to accommodate my requests. I've had them for a year and they always do a great job. If you want a landscaper who cares about customer service and satisfaction this is the landscaper to hire. I'm really pleased with this team and wholeheartedly recommend them. I keep a tight ship on how my house presents to the public. Superior makes my house really stand out.

Pros:
1. Showed up. In South Florida that's something. The bar is low here.
2. The work crew had great attention to detail and did outstanding work
Cons:
1. The business side has very poor communication between clients as well as their own work crew. Emails, IMs, phone calls were mostly ignored, even for requests that would have increased the price of the job. A mistake was made (due to an internal communication issue on their part) that they would correct only at my expense or negative impact on the job. They didn't care about future business or referrals.
Unfortunately I cannot recommend this business to anyone in my circles. I am very disappointed, I expected better for a $2300 job.

A nonsense reply was left to this review. At the end of the day their mistake became my problem.
