Sunshine State Excavating is by far the best service provider in Pensacola and surrounding areas. Dominic and his employees are outstanding and exceptional. Sunshine State’s pricing is much lower than everyone else in town who offers gravel and dirt. I know this first hand because I have been buying a lot of gravel and dirt over the last two years while developing a RV Park. Before I found out about Sunshine State, I was spending a lot more money working with other vendors that were very expensive! Another great attribute about Sunshine State is that they react quickly when you need material in a hurry. I can rely on Dominic to have a truck available and in providing me with same day service when required. That is critical when you are trying to meet a schedule and when you need more gravel “just in time”. What is also great about Sunshine State is that they provide other services such as laying the dirt and gravel. And the pricing for these services is so much lower than the other companies in town that provide the same services. And the finished work is outstanding! I am also super excited to learn that Dominic also provides tree removal service and his company will now be my sole source for all land clearing and tree removal services.

Sunshine State Excavating did our backyard. Dominic and his crew brought dirt, graded our yard, and installed 30 pallets of grass. Our backyard looks beautiful! Dominic is very knowledgeable and professional, we would use him again. Thank you Sunshine State for the good work you all did.

Dominic did my driveway. Paved with Limestone 57, a clay base, and crushed asphalt at the entrance. Absolutely outstanding job. Professional, courteous, fast, and efficient. I have recieved many complements on the fine job. Thank you again for everything!

Met with Dominick , to get a quote for a drive way extension. He was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. On top of everything he quoted me a reasonable offer on the concrete and labor and such as though his competitors did not. He did an amazing job with his crew and everything he said he would do he delivered! For sure I will be recommending him to all of the people I know !

I called Dominic to give me a quote on removing several trees on my property and to discuss some future projects. He shared his knowledge and expertise, provided honest feedback/solutions and quoted an extremely fair price for the work that he and his crew completed for me. He is an honest hard working person that does exactly what he tells you he will do. Dominic was clearing trees from sally at my neighbor’s and saw I had two trees down (one blocking my drive). He gave me a super reasonable estimate (and that’s what I paid him) and was out and done quickly. They did an AMAZING job!! I’m pretty sure the yard looks better than before sally!
