At the Sunshine Ace Hardware, 912a Kings Hwy, Port Charlotte, I found a lifesaver in Debra when I desperately needed vehicle key replacements. After local locksmiths were impacted by Hurricane damages and 2 different! Home Depot's key cutting machines were down, the Ace Hardware team came through brilliantly.

Customer Service: Debra, the customer service rep: Exceptional - Pleasant, quick, + incredibly professional. She handled my key cutting request w/ Remarkable efficiency, + the keys were cut Perfect on 1st attempt!

All of the staff's friendliness + helpfulness truly helped during my stressful situation. Their key cutting service was not just a transaction, but a genuine solution to an urgent need. They offer automotive key cutting + programming for various vehicle makes, and in my case, they delivered service amazingly.

For anyone in Port Charlotte needing key duplications, I cannot recommend this Ace Hardware location enough. They transformed a potentially frustrating experience into a smooth, positive interaction!! Thank You so Sunshine Ace.
