I just started getting decorative rock at this rock store which is close to my crib in Arcadia. Prices seem a little high, yet they do have a wide variety of colors and sizes so that’s a positive. Customer service is about average. I don’t see anybody here going above and beyond to try to assist me or wow me. They close a little too early for my schedule. I’m going with the 3/4” black lava rock on my front landscaping as this rock reminds me of my visits to Hawaii. Looks pretty good with a green vegetation existing landscape. ?

Great customer service and product! We were assisted with great care. We had a front yard project to complete in short amount time. Not only did they assist us in figuring out the amount we needed, but they also worked with us with the limited delivery timeframe. We received great pricing. Overall our experience was great! I needed some fairly common rock for a small project at home and I was able to get it here... and SDR had sorted the various types of rock into wire bins which made it easy. After filling two 5 gallon pails with the rocks I needed, a helpful attendant weighed them for me. Twenty-eight cents a pound was very reasonable, so I paid at the window and was done.

Paul was so helpful. I'm grateful! I needed the gravel to complete a drainage system. He recommended me the perfect size gravels and spent time calculate for me how much gravels I need. Then he arranged special delivery for me due to my super narrow drive way. The gravels have great quality and the price is very cheap. They have deals for frontline healthcare workers! I went in to on my first time, for a DIY project, whom ever sits in the front office was chit chatting on the phone telling joke. Not to ease drop or anything but it didn't sound remotely like business.i was pretty much ignored. I was waiting patiently for 10 to 15 minutes before I started walking around. Won't be going here. They have a nice selection. Oh well. Maybe their competitors would appreciate my business.
