Daniel and Michael did a fantastic job making our yard look lovely! They took extra time to cut around some chairs we had left outside. We are always pleased with the level of service and friendliness this company and its employees provide. Highly recommend!

Ashton and Anna did a great job with our beds. Very professional. The company itself, however, can do a better job of communicating. Especially when they have to reschedule and don’t show up when promised. Or return phone calls to find out when they will come to do the job. We spoke to one of the partners about this, so hopefully it will improve.

I called to get a quote on landscaping and was told someone would contact me to schedule a time. I waited two weeks and never got a call or response. I finally called back to let them know I was still waiting on a quote only to be told again someone would contact me. Later that same day I got a call from someone saying they would stop by and take some measurements and give me a price. No one ever showed up to take measurements or give me a quote. Horrible customer service!

When I contacted them three years ago about taking care of my lawn, they also offered a lawn treatment. My lawn definitely needed help, as there were more weeds than grass. Once they began treating it, grass replaced weeds; and it continues to look really good. Chasin did a treatment on March 17 and left information on what he did and what I needed to do. Extremely pleased with the service and with Chasin's work on my lawn.

Skip this company by all means. Horrible work first round and No show no call multiple times the second attempt 3 years later.

First attempt me and my neighbor hired them and after 3 visits and we both fired them because the quality of the cut was horrible and they left several low spots and tire marks.

I attempted to hire them again 3 years later in good faith to simply plant some plants and lay some mulch and to sign my up on the 70.00 per treatment to keep the weeds out of our lawn. Not to cut my grass and they were ok with that .

Aubrey was supposed to come out the next day. He no showed me and no phone call.

I called in the next day and the lady said I am so sorry and will have someone reach out to you shortly.

Never got that called. I called again yesterday and the lady told me Aubrey is out of town and I will have Steve call you shortly.

I called again and told Steve the situation and that aubrey did not show up to give me a quote.

He said got you so you got the quote but just need to get on the schedule. DO WHAT. Tell me you are not listing without telling me STEVIE.

So i said no aubrey was supposed to come out on site to give me a quote and repeated everything i said to him again.

He then says yeah i think we need to get aubrey on site to give you a quote. Well no kidding Sherlock Holmes. SMH

Then i said what is going on? You know show me once. You no call me 3 times?

He then says Well sounds like to me we are not a good fit.

That is exactly what a total you know what would say. I expect nothing less from someone as low as steve.

I lost any and all respect for him and his company.

I guess some companies never change. You have poor workmanship in regards to your grass cutting and your customer service is an embarrassment to all business owners alike.

Maybe you should take the day off and do some serious reflection of how to run a company.

We have been with Steve’s for over 6 years. We have never had a complaint or issue with our lawn. When we bought our new home a year ago we transferred our service to our new home. They are prompt in returning calls, always available for questions. Reasonably priced, and knowledgeable.

A lawn care company with a good reputation and they prove it every time they come to take care of my lawn. Mauricio is knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Everything is always finished neat and clean.

I had my grass cut by Heberto and Mauricio from Stevens Wack N Sack today. Not only did they cut the grass, but they did trim around the patio and front walkway. And they cleaned the patio and front walkway afterwards. What service!! Thank you, guys!
