If you left less then 5 stars, it is you that has the problem. They came out and scrapped the yard to improve the slope, ran 2 zones in my front yard, planted all the sod, and it looks amazing.
These people are beyond professional, Justin knows all the installation tricks to provide a worry free system. And he doesn’t use cheap parts, that’s why it’s lasted so long, in my opinion.

Appointment scheduler on the phone was incredibly nice and polite, got a quote just by texting some photos (pricing was very reasonable for the scope, didn’t even feel the need to get a second quote), scheduled me only a couple days later. Technician came over, did a flawless job, quoted a very fair price on some additional repairs (broken fittings on sprinkler heads) and was super fast and courteous. Highly recommended!

Totally unprofessional; virtually no service after sale. Made numerous attempts to contact this vendor by phone (and leaving voicemail) with no success. Lacks even professional courtesy to return customer calls. I recommend ANY other irrigation service vendor other than "Steadfast".

Karen and I were recommended to Steadfast by two different people, that was a good start. We had recently purchased the home and were so glad that we used them. From the great customer service of Jessica to the work performed by Justin, it was nothing short of great. we had quite a few different issues with our sprinkler system, which he addressed of each. Everything works like it should now and Justin didn't just fix and run he explained everything I needed to know to be able to do this the right way.

Steadfast was recommended to us to convert our irrigation system to a new digital set up. When I called, Jessica was awesome and scheduled us in right away and followed up with a courtesy call to say they were on their way. How customer friendly is that! All I can say is, I don't know how Justin did this almost impossible job with such a great attitude, but I now have an awesome system thanks to his knowledge and determination. Thanks for the professional install and I'll be recommending you to others also.

Excellent experience. Recommended from my sister in-law. Glad she did. They were literally thousands of dollars less than my regular company. Justin did the install and was excellent. Showed me how to use the new digital system. We also had a new pump installed. Now our "go to" business.
