Highly disappointed with the service today. Associates seemed to be in a bad mood, no sort of greeting or interaction. The woman in the gray shirt and head wrap wasn’t focused on taking our order. I came in to get a birthday coffee for my wife and I won’t allow this experience to ruin her day. Looks like I’ll be avoiding this location moving forward.

The guy at the DT window is either in a big hurry or does not give a crap about his job. Rushed my order, got it wrong, then acted like I was a jerk because he scared it up. I said thank you, he waved my drink at me. Terrible. Go to the next Starbucks, this one is bad

The perfect place to come to if you want more milk than coffee. This is my 4th trip to this store. Also the most burnt or reused coffee which leaves a bitter taste. If you want consistently bad burnt coffee this Starbucks is the place to come.

St. Cloud, FL. Update: As of August, 2023, they have padded bench seating along the main wall! Giving 5 stars now.

February, 2023: Soothing instrumental music, good baristas, good drinks, my only wish is a few chairs with padding. The bar stools and chairs at tables were pretty hard to sit on for any length of time.

I saw someone doing remote work so it’s a good enough place for that. So maybe it’s just I who wishes for comfier chairs lol.

Ordered a Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso which is my favorite drink at another Starbucks is in Orlando. Upon receiving the cup, I saw it looked too light but I gave it a shot. It was nothing but milk and tasted like it didn’t have espresso at all. I had to drive back to my town Saint Cloud and thought about getting another one since I couldn’t drink the one I previously paid for. The staff was very understanding and after sharing my story, I received another drink with no questions asked on the house. The drink looked perfect when I received. Perfect foam on top and beautiful blend of coffee and milk like it’s supposed to! Tasted delicious! Thank you Saint Cloud Starbucks! You made my day!

First time at this Starbucks and it was great! The store was clean and Wirving super sweet and helpful. He was patient with me deciding on a new drink to try. Will definitely be coming back just for him!
