Gave me the wrong trencher. Asked for a 3x18 trencher and was given a 2x8 trencher. Receipt said 3x18 trencher. I don't know enough about this equipment to know the difference. This was at the end of the day, so I couldn't just bring it back. It cost me hours of work. They did refund me. But I won't be back.

Beware if you pick up something at the end of the day your time start then not the next day. Bad business practice it's a money grab from the customer.

Making a reservation is useless, even if you give them a week! Show up after driving almost an hour to get there, they run my card, send me out to get equipment and there is no equipment to get. Someone called because they broke down. Instead of saying we will go get it and deliver it, I get you can come back later or we will refund it. Never mind the crew I have waiting that I am paying or the gas I spent. I’ll make sure Gulf County knows their job isn’t getting done today because of this! Never do business with this company! Beware they will cost you!
