Super helpfull staff. Very pleasant experience

Walked in, and two girls at the counter looked at me and kept talking to each other.

I walked right up to them to ask them the location of an item.

They kept talking to themselves and didn't acknowledge my presence, so I waited about 30 seconds at the front counter. They kept talking. I let out a large sigh and walked away. One girl immediately said, "oh sorry". I kept walking.

I found the items I needed and went to the front to check out.

The cashier was knitting! She made me wait for her to put down her knitting.

She rang me up, and while the transaction was processing, she picked up the knitting again and didn't bag my stuff or ask.

When the transaction finished, she asked if I wanted a bag.

I just grabbed my stuff and left.

It's not a good place when looking for parts to fix a broken soaker hose. Was referred to a plumbing company, which in turn referred us to an outdoor sports store. The sports store did have what we were looking for.

Very sweet group of people that have always been helpful. When my husband was alive, we owned a metal Fabrication business mainly for the maritime industry and did a great deal of business with them. I still have had many reasons to frequent that particular location and have been very pleased with the excellent attitudes and great customer service.

Terrible customer service. Do not expect any help finding anything. They definitely do not appreciate people's business. I think it's well worth it to either drive to Mexico Beach or Apalachicola cuz both of those Ace hardwares are great.
Google asked me to update my review. It's still the same terrible customer service that it's always been
