My cashier said I was ridiculous for buying glucosamine, said she used to be in the medical field and told me to take borax instead.

Borax is a poison when ingested... this is dangerous misinformation being spread.

I recently discovered this little hidden treasure less than two weeks ago and I have already been in four times. I could spend about all day in this store. From all the different quality products, the amazing customer service, and the overall environment... it's always a great experience. I feel like the staff really create an environment where customers feel they can ask questions and really get an educated response from the staff. Ms. Deb took time with me, and several other customers, to explain the uses, benefits, and research behind many of the products. During my first visit, there was a teacher, a nurse, and another lady that were all having a discussion with Ms. Deb about a few of the Health Food store's products for immune support and healthy hygiene products. Not only was Ms. Deb able to answer with informed information, but she also knew about the vender's themselves. I was very impressed, I'm pretty sure we all were. If I were a vender, this would be a place I would be proud to have my products on the shelf of, because I can tell they believe in what they sell.

Now, before ordering off of Amazon or going to Publix or Walmart, I check to see if the Health Food store has the product first. Not only do they normally have it, they have different quality options and some from local suppliers. I bought some delicious honey and several products I didn't expect to find under same roof... such as pure hair and skin oils like Moroccan oil and sunflower oil. They have such a large assortment, and there is so much to explore.

Thank you for having your store in our community We need more stores like this, with staff who are so knowledgeable, kind, and care about the customers. One of the times i visited, I had left but forgot to buy something, I came back 10 minutes after the store had closed. Ms. Deb saw me at the door and was walking another customer out. She didn't have to but she allowed me to come in and make the purchase. I wouldn't have minded to come back, the store had closed , but she was so kind and sweet, she didn't mind at all and invited me in to make my purchase. This is the kind of store our community is blessed to have and we as a community need to support.

I love this home town shop so much. It has an incredible variety homeopathic, organic, and healthy products. There are things here that I can't find anywhere else locally. And the staff is very knowledgeable about the products. Great customer service too!

They always say no pets at every Publix which is not a big deal to me but it's fun to see them get all pissed off about it like you guys aren't a discount Target basically a green ass Walmart

The staff are always attentive and courteous. They go above and beyond to help us find what we need. The prices are very competitive with other health stores and amazon. The product selection is much better than other health stores in the area. I used to shop at many of the health food stores around the area. I was constantly going back to St. Cloud Health foods because the other stores were not carrying the products we needed. Now we only shop here! They always have sales. Highly recommend this place!

I have been a customer of St Cloud Health Food for many years. I've always appreciated the knowledge shared and concern the staff has shown for their customers, until my visit on Tuesday, July 7th. When entering the store I noticed that all the customers were wearing masks but none of the staff were. I asked the man I believe is the owner why he wasn't wearing a mask and he replied that he lives in NC where the insidence of the virus is very low. I see this as a disregard for the health and safety of their customers so I won't be patronizing the St Cloud Health Food store any longer. This makes me very sad since I believe in supporting local businesses.

Walked in yesterday to get info on the CBD products and elder lady looked at me like she didn't want me there, when I asked for the section of CBD she just pointed the direction, I wanted to know the more info on the oil cbd, and the pill cbd ingredients her response was I already told you? I looked at her and told her you need to work on your customer service skills and just decided to leave. Very unprofessional, won't visit again.
