Jason and his team were absolutely fabulous to work with and will be seriously missed in the Chicagoland area!! Square Root redesigned our entire backyard several years ago. It was exactly the overhaul it needed. Once we built our coach house to replace the dilapidated garage, they came back and redid and added new features that had been removed during construction. We are so happy and receive many compliments on the work. Jason's drawings and renderings were excellent and truly a vision for our space. When my husband and I purchased our multi-unit, one of the first things we wanted to change was the front and back yard landscaping. The existing gardens were very one dimensional and we wanted a space that was low maintenance but also emphasized the local flora and was still a welcoming environment for entertaining. Square Root was recommended to us and did not disappoint. Jason immediately understood our vision and wowed us with potential landscape design ideas to enhance our property. He incorporated a variety of elements including gravel, artificial turf, pavers, privacy trees, and custom built wood features. On top of that, we were blown away by the low voltage illumination system that they installed. We were hesitant at first because we weren’t quite sure how much value it would add to the space. The illumination ended up being the cherry on top when creating the warm ambience we desired due to how it highlighted the beautiful elements of our yards. Jason was very responsive, provided creative ideas within our budget, worked in a timely manner, and was a joy to work with. We would highly recommend Jason and his team!!
