We used Sprinkler Service Pro to grade our side yard for a driveway extension. We had a slightly more complicated grading because we had an old retaining wall which was falling apart and the grading was sloped in multiple directions. I worked primarily with McCoy who gave us the estimate and within a week we had Ivan and his crew out doing the work. The grading turned out better than I thought was possible with our yard. The project lasted multiple days and the price was phenomenal. McCoy was always available via phone call or text if I had questions, and he even checked in on the project as the work was being done. We ended up using their services again for another project which involved moving a sprinkler main line and they were fast and professional. Would definitely recommend Sprinkler Service Pro!

I've worked with SSP a couple of times over the years and I definitely recommend them. In the past they helped me do a back yard reno where they removed the old lawn, prepped the soil, installed new sprinklers for better coverage, and laid down sod. This time around they helped me get a sprinkler line repaired and moved out of the flower bed so I don't accidentally break it again doing gardening. I'm very happy with the work they've done and I can tell they care about doing good by their customers. There was a minor hiccup in my last repair due to some miscommunication, but they were very reasonable helping me get a resolution and went above and beyond to get it done in a timely manner.

I don't have any complaints except that they didn't keep my original appointment this last time around. So just a bit of warning to customers that they may need to be flexible and to plan appropriately. IMO the scheduling could be improved. I feel like with the nature of the with they do, there's a lot of variables that can affect how long it takes to complete a job and should be planned for

We are very satisfied with the customer service and manual work done by Chad, Marcos, Porter, Asher, and crew—from sprinklers to concrete (Sprinkler Service Pro and Knock Out Concrete)! They are professional, kind, and efficient. I am especially impressed by their attention to detail for a beautiful finished look. It’s too late in the year to run the sprinkler system, but they said they’re happy to come back in the spring to make sure it’s all hooked up and working properly. Looking forward to a finished yard! IN SHORT:
Despite originally giving them 5 stars, I'm switching to 2 because the deposit of $1,000+ on this last job just to end up with a worse situation and then putting their own receptionist in the awkward position of wondering why no one at the company is fixing this issue is just bad business.

I hired this company on 4 different ocassions and have paid them every time with the exception of the last payment on the last job because they never showed up to pick up the check on August 9... which is when THEY said they would be here to do so.

A LITTLE MORE INFO:
After the first job they did, I was highly impressed because they were easy to work with, so I hired them later for another. That one turned out "ok", but I appreciated that they showed up (iykyk), so I hired them for one related to a bigger project to gauge if they could handle "The Big Project" I am preparing to do in the backyard.

Unfortunately, that was in JUNE (for reference, I'm writing this on August 15), and the job still isn't finished. In fact, we are in a *worse* position now because the tubing they installed didn't hold, and tons of water gushes out every time the drip line for our new trees comes on (leaving other trees with zero water). This isn't counting a couple other smaller concerns that I asked to be addressed. The shooting water is definitely the bigger problem.

Despite MULTIPLE calls and text messages, an appointment in which no one showed up, and the $1,100 remaining balance on our account, they haven't responded to fix the problem they left us with. This situation is insane and confusing as to why they aren't coming to fix the problem and pick up the rest of the money!

It's such a bummer to have thought I had found the company to do our backyard renovation and instead be left hanging with hundreds of gallons of water gushing. I'm thinking we'll just keep the $1,100 to pay someone else to finish the work correctly.
