We used Springview Landscape to remove our front yard lawn and transform it into an Arizona landscape. We could not be happier with the outcome.
Tim, the owner, is straight forward, extremely honest and professional. If he does not see the project, he will not take the job. He and his workforce completed the remodel in the anticipated time frame and within the budget.
His team worked diligently and always picked up at the end of the day.
Tim is great at communicating, extremely respectful, and knowledgeable answering questions and concerns through all the process not only with us, but also with our neighbors. He also helped us select the plants for the new landscape.

Tim and his team were amazing to work with. He referred me to an awesome designer and once the yard was designed, Tim offered the best quote out of all the contractors I contacted. He was also the most responsive and helpful. Throughout the whole process, Tim was super communicative and provided budget-minded recommendations for several aspects of my design that enhanced the overall final product including adding shade sails and an affordable patio cover. He even went above and beyond in repairing my broken backyard gate lock. Tim kept me updated every step of the way and brought our design to life to a tee. I'd highly recommend anyone hire Tim for any landscaping needs.

Tim was great to work with. A true man of his word, which seems to be a rarity these days with contractors. Showed up on time and ready to work. The crew is great and super hard working as well. He was also very accommodating when needed (and possible) to make adjustments as things unfolded.

Tim and his team were amazing, from initial meeting through final walkthrough. We recently purchased a house in Bay Ho and completely redid all the landscaping, including front, driveway and back - hardscape, plants, irrigation, drainage, etc. We had a design done (Steve Letz did the design, and we would also highly recommend Steve), then contacted contractors for bids. Tim walked through the project with us, asking thoughtful questions, then gave us a quote that was very fair and provided the detail we needed in order to confirm that his team would be doing what we were expecting. For hardscape, the project included new paver walkways in front, new paver patio in back, redone pony wall in back, flagstones with ground cover between them, and raised beds. As the hardscape work progressed, it became clear that we should also replace the concrete driveway with pavers (something we had previously decided to defer). Tim again gave us a very fair quote to add this to the project, and his team did an amazing job of installing all the pavers, ensuring appropriate drainage throughout. We are thrilled with the final result, though definitely impatient for the plants to grow! We regularly hear from neighbors walking by, noting how much they like what we (Tim and Steve) did, with several knowledgeable neighbors also noting the very high quality of the work. Throughout the process, Tim was communicative, responsive, and just a pleasure to work with. You could see in his regular walkthroughs with his team just how much he prioritized quality. If anything was not as he expected it to be, he would ensure it was fixed. If we ever have another landscape project, I would call Tim. Tim Vu at SpringView Landscape recently completed a major landscaping job at our home. Tim and his crew completely re-landscaped our front and back yards, including significant demo, tree and brush removal, pouring a new driveway and patios, solving our considerable drainage issues, creating beautiful paver walks and patio, and installing new native plants with irrigation and lights, an assembly of our gazebo. To say we are pleased with the results would be an understatement.
When I first contacted Tim, he was prompt in returning my call and arrived at the house punctually. I checked Tim's license and credentials and found that he has two licenses: one for general contracting, and another for landscape construction, and everything is current, he is insured, and up to date. Tim was really easy to work with as we discussed our wishes for the job. He was always available and returned all of my calls and texts promptly. His estimate was very reasonable (compared to several others) and he stuck by his original estimate all the way to the end of the job.
Tim has employees who are skilled, courteous, hard working, and each day left our yard neat and orderly. He was at our property every day and made sure that we were happy with the progress and direction of the job. When we wanted to make changes, Tim was flexible and helpful. Tim's sense of design was an enormous asset as we diverged from the landscape planner's original vision. At the completion of the job, Tim's completed work exceeded what we originally had hoped for, and we are thrilled with the result!

Tim Vu is an honest man and a gentleman. His word is his bond. He is patient and a good listener. He made every effort to make sure that we were happy with his work all the way through the job.
