Came here to see the Astra Lumina light show and was blown away! So cool! Also the staff are super friendly here! They make you sign a waiver which makes total sense because there’s a lot of rocky dirt path walking in the dark/low light so be careful but definitely check out the show! Gotta come back in the spring time!

June and July, hat & sunblock! Be aware: this is not a flat path walk. There are dirt path offshoots, and nothing is level.
There are benches here and there in shaded areas, and there is no water available on pathways.
Some hills are quite steep ((not recommended for a walking disability)). Beautiful grounds with a large variety of vegetation.

Honestly so much to explore!. Had a ton of fun. They've got names on everything so you are not wondering. So many places to sit and chat, enjoy a picnic, and just relax. There is so much life running around that just sitting for a couple minutes you will catch a good glimpse of various insects, butterflies, lizards, birds, and squirrels. We saw signs saying there have been sightings of fox and coyotes too in the evenings. The blooms were amazing. They had so many roses at the moment and it looked like they were planting even more. I saw they had summer events and even a time of the week to bring your pet so I thought that was awesome. We came in the morning to avoid the heat, but even when it warmed up there were so many trees and even sitting underneath it was so much cooler. We definitely plan to come back.

So much to see! Went for the blooming roses and was not disappointed! The smell of the variety of roses was wonderful! Stayed for 3 hours exploring and still didn't finish seeing the whole area. There is a little cart that takes you around the place which takes about 20 minutes.

My whole family enjoyed it and was beautiful. Make sure to bring jacket it gets cold, a stroller for little ones and comfortable shoes for walking.

Astra Lumina was a wonderful experience! The light shows were visually stunning, and I loved how they wove in storytelling to make it feel magical. It was also just a really nice walk in nature, which added to the whole atmosphere. Perfect way to spend an evening—definitely recommend checking it out!

We went there to take my toddler granddaughter to the butterfly experience. She enjoyed it so much, having the butterflies resting on you is such a beautiful sensation. It feels you are in a “butterfly whirlwind”. The gardens are also beautiful with a mix of styles and plants. Wish they had a coffee shop/store.

Visited on a Monday night and it was the first time. What a beautiful thing to see and it was nice to be able to take our time at each installation and enjoy the music that went along with it. Parking was convenient and the hot cocoa from the bar was perfect to walk around with and enjoy the magic!
