I ordered 5 orchids from SLO as a new customer. All 5 orchids were shipped with Mealybugs, Scale and root rot. The media was completely degraded and all roots in the pots were dead. One of the orchids I ordered had severe sunburn on the leaves. I'm giving 2 stars instead of one because when I called about the shocking condition of my orchids I was told I could send them back for a refund. I thought I would try and save them but regrettable I was wrong. 1 year later only 1 of the 5 are still alive and that one is severely set back. I'm still trying to fight the scale that spread to two of my other perfectly healthy plants. There are plenty of orchid nurseries that would never ship a plants in such horrible condition and I will be shopping those from now on.
