With our big install of st Augustine grass, I wanted to be sure we found someone who truly cared about this big investment. CHASE is THE best!! He truly wants the best for our yard, trees and shrubs. He always takes the time to look over every square inch of our yard, and treats any imperfections, or plans ahead to help prevent any issues. I love that he always makes sure to let me know what he finds, how he treated it, and offers a lot of good advice whenever he can. He always goes the extra mile. I have St Augustine grass.. It was pretty lush and green when signature started, they serviced my lawn every 3 months weed spray, fertilizer, and pest control. My grass just kept declining looking dead and full of weeds. I should have canceled months ago.

Signature serviced my lawn the last week of January 2024 and 4 days later my lawn turned orange and purple. I called Signature and they told me their employee had put weed killer on my lawn that kills St Augustine grass which is what I have. This happened because this was the 3rd person to service my lawn in 3 months! Craig the supervisor said they will treat my lawn but it would come back in a month. Well my lawn did not come back in a month and finally the last week of March they replaced my yard. Just what my family, friends visiting and neighbors wanted to look at was our dead lawn for 2 months. Kevin the owner does not like to be questioned and has more business they what he can handle. So during this time I have to contact the office because the rest of my property doesn’t get serviced. Put the new sod down and I have to water for weeks to keep it alive and they service my property and charge me. I say wait a minute because lawn is not back to what it was before they killed it. Kevin Rinaldo is not a person anyone should do business with! Stay clear of Signature!

At one time our lawn was the envy of the neighborhood. A new company bout out our old company and things went downhill.
After putting up with a worsening lawn, we went to a neighbor to see who doing their lawn. We contacted Jeff at Signature Lawn, and he came out with a couple of days. He gave us advice about what we could do and a price for his service. While it was a little higher than what we had been paying, we decided, "You get what you pay for." Four months later it looks like a new lawn! Each visit Jeff has taken the time to discuss the progress and explain what he was doing this time.

It is so great to be dealing with a local company and not a national chain that is interested in volume over quality. We liked their lawn service so much that we also signed up for their pest control service.

We get great, personalized service And, our lawn is once again being admired by and complimented on by neighbors.

My grass went from green and lush to dead and infested with grubs in less than a year. A huge waste of money. Do not go with this company. I will be looking for someone who knows something about grass.

Jeff from Signature Lawns does a fantastic job at our house, he answers any questions and concerns. The st augustine grass has really improved and spread throughout since we have had him doing our lawn. It looks so nice and our dog loves him as well! Ask for him! 😀

Alex is absolutely the BEST to deal with. He treated my lawn, and because I was "scared" by a landscaper doing work next door telling me that mushrooms in my grass were the variety that could kill palms, he came back out the very next day and reassured me we are in great shape. TOP NOTCH service and professionalism!!! Highly recommend this company and Alex especially!

Jeff has been our technician for some time and he has been doing a terrific job spotting issues that we often miss. He always rings the bell when he arrives, tells us of any issues, and describes what he plans to do to address him. Thanks to him our property looks great.
