We've been using Short Pine Nursery for several years now for our landscaping needs. We've found Scott (the owner) to always be attentive to our requests. He'll make recommendations based on your inputs and what works best for your yard. In our experience, most work starts approximately 3 weeks after your initial consultation. The start date he tells you after you reach agreement to proceed has always been within a couple of days of the estimate. If for some reason (run of bad weather, etc) he is running behind schedule, he has been good about communicating the status of your project. Several of our neighbors have used Short Pine and by all accounts they have been pleased with the service he has provided. To be honest, I'm not sure how his pricing compares to other service providers. In our case, we get what we want -- reliability and quality -- at what we consider a fair price.

Used Short Pine to purchase a new tree for my mother remotely. Scott was communicative and professional, told me up front what the costs would be, and was able to have it in the ground no more than a few days later. I was very impressed, as was my mother, and would certainly use again!

Visited here today for the first time and the owner was so nice! He was knowledgeable of plants and even pruned one of the plants I bought there from him 🙂 They have a nice selection. Will definitely be back!
