I was sent a bouquet for Valentine's Day that my boyfriend purchased from this shop. He brought them an inspiration picture and ordered in person in advance. The bouquet they made and delivered wasvery similar to the picture he provided,however, within an hour of delivery I noticed the flowers were falling apart. Upon closer inspection the majority of the flowers they used were damaged,browning, wilting,or falling over. I called the floral shop and they offered to remake and redeliver a new bouquet the following Monday or Tuesday. They actually said I could pick out what I wanted and they would make it extra special. Which didn't happen.I just received the replacement flowers and it isn't the same colors scheme as the flowers he ordered for me at all. They filled it with reds and blues and purples. It looks like a red hat lady bouquet. Plus it is lopsided with no good sides to look at. I am surprised that they actually made this as the "redo". It isn't the spring wildflowers that were in the picture. Whatever this cost I assure you it wasn't worth it. I find it hard to believe that the people who put these 2 bouquets together are professional floral artists.

As a military service member, I am disgusted with the level of professionalism, customer service, and flower inventory I experienced with Sherri's Floral Shoppe, Inc. I placed an order via telephone from Washington D.C. to have flowers sent to my mother on May 10, 2018 to her home in Fellsmere. I ordered a "large and over-the-top" bouquet. I was promised I would get a picture of the bouquet texted to me prior to delivery to ensure my mother received what I ordered and paid for. They delivered the flowers to my mother in the morning of May 10 without texting me the picture, as promised. I called Sherri's Flower Shoppe to inform them that I never received a picture of the bouquet, as promised. I was told someone would reach back to me. In the afternoon of May 10, 2018 received an apologetic message by one of the florist saying she "forgot" to text me the picture before the flowers were delivered. To make matters worst, they delivered a low-quality bouquet that had cheap carnation flowers, and failed to meet the request of large and over-the-top. The bouquet looked like it was purchased at the drug store. Quite disappointing!

My mom paid $50 for a tiny centerpiece that was all carnations. We were really disappointed with it, you can see the attached picture…it seems like a very bad value for what we received.
