I recently had the pleasure of working with Sharp Development on a project that involved creating a beautiful cabana for our pool area, along with an outdoor bar, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results!

I hired Patrick and he has done such an amazing job with communication being on time and explaining to me the process and how things go and every time there is a wait for supplies he tells me what’s going on, so I’m not getting upset or confused. he remodeled my kitchen my bathroom and the master bedroom they all look absolutely amazing. The work is impeccable. I would definitely use them again and refer them to my friends and family as Pat did an amazing job from beginning to end.

Sharp Development of SWFL seems like a decent contractor at first; until they’re not! We were generally very pleased with the progress and quality of their work. They completed 90% of the contracted work and then disappeared. No explanation and would not return multiple calls, texts, or emails. We held back funds for punch-list items but I guess he didn’t need the money. Which is interesting seeing how I received multiple phone calls from our countertop vendor that we (the customer) owed money for our countertop even though it was included in the contracted price with Sharp Development. We demonstrated to the vendor we were not responsible for his outstanding invoice. If you ask to have something changed or you’re unhappy with something you get attitude from the owner, Patrick Lewis. They did not install our generator, complete the tiling in the kitchen, adjust the hood vent over the range (it was set too low), left electrical work undone (wires exposed), the electrical panel is mapped incorrectly (thankfully no one was electrocuted), and our permit with the city is still open since 2/2022. Electrical will likely not pass inspection. I have copies of emails, contract, voice mails, and photos to substantiate all. This is the first we’ve seen or heard of Sharp Development of SWFL since they abandoned us over two years ago. Clearly he’s trying to ‘re-invent’ his company. Unless he brings back his son, Michael, (who did a majority of the work) it is doubtful you will receive a quality and/or a complete job. His son ‘quit’ before the completion of our project. Very telling, since Sharp Development left us hanging soon after.
Patrick Lewis will likely respond by saying we were ‘unreasonable’, ‘demanding’, ‘crazy’; the same things he would tell us about a customer he was doing work for around the corner from us in Punta Gorda Isles.
My warning, ‘BUYER BEWARE!’

Dustin and Mike installed a shiplap ceiling in my outside entryway. They were professional and had a competitive rate. The entryway looks beautiful and above my expectations. I will definitely hire them for future work!

This is actually Fleamasters of Fort Myers the biggest flea market in Lee County. You can find just about anything you're looking for antiques included and it's free to walk around there all day. They also have concessions case you get hungry or thirsty and a lot of friendly people
