We have been using Shady Lady for a year. Our landscaping looks drastically better since Shady Lady took over the maintenance. The owner, Bob, is always quick to respond with quotes for additional work, answers to our questions and suggestions for keeping everything at it's best. We are only at the home a few months a year yet the service stays consistent. Have found that this kind of service is unfortunately not the norm on the island. Bob and his team go beyond to satisfy his clients.

We hired Shady Lady to do some extensive landscaping. Bob drove us around to show us examples of their work, and when we decided on a plan they delivered on time and exceeded our expectations. Based on this we hired Shady Lady for our regular maintenance, and once again we were super impressed. We rent our property and it is critical that it looks amazing. Shady Lady even sends us bi weekly photos of their maintenance work. I would highly recommend them.

I hired Shady Lady Horticultural Services to do a clean up and landscape design. Bob (the owner) , listened to what I wanted and put together a perfect design..I couldn't be happier. The crew put in lighting and an irrigation system , I hired them for regular maintenance.i go up north for the summer months, and can rest assured my property is being taken care of properly. Wanted a gravel driveway installed on the side of my house to park an RV. Bob and his crew exhibited fine craftsmanship and a good work ethic. We were very pleased with the finish product. There was a concern over the gate construction and without any hesitation Bob sent his crew back and re-worked the gate to our satisfaction. The price was very competitive and we highly recommend. Our neighbor hired them to do landscaping work (which was really well done), and recommended Shady Lady to us. We spoke several times onsite and by phone with Jenny Cavett who was super nice, friendly, and professional. The quote we received for some major tree trimming and cleanup was very competitive.
