I ordered the Birds in Paradise for my mom's birthday--about an hour after placing the order they called me to let me know the arrangement would look different from the photo because they were out of some of the flowers, I was a little worried but agreed, and it looked even more beautiful than I had imagined!

I ordered it to be picked up at 11:30am, but my flight was delayed- the folks at Seminole called me directly and offered to deliver the arrangement (For which I paid the delivery fee, no biggie), it was a life saver that they called and worked that out with me!

The arrangement was BEAUTIFUL and I would highly recommend using them.

I ordered flowers and balloons for a 65th birthday. I highly recommend them. The flowers were beautiful, and still looked just as good 10 days later! They were very helpful, and easy to work with. Everything was ready at our pick up time. A very positive experience.

I ordered the birthday flowers for someone the night before their birthday. In the morning I got a call regarding vase substitution because they did not have a vase that was in the picture. The flowers were delivered in the afternoon and I got the message saying that they are "fresh and beautiful". Later a got a picture of the bouquet. The vase they chose, in my opinion, it is event better than the original. My friend loves the bouquet and I am totally satisfied with my experience.

The flowers ordered through FTD and what was delivered is a insult. The Christmas table centerpiece that was delivered looked nothing like what I ordered. The arrangement was suppose to have roses and two other flowers and there were no roses in the arrangement. When I complained to FTD the shop owner called me at home and made nothing but excuses. What was delivered looked nothing like what was ordered. Stay away from this business because there is no value in what they deliver.

Kim is an excellent florist! My girlfriend and I just started having flowers in the apartment regularly, and we’ve never been to this spot to look for more until today. She recognized we were young and spirited as to which flowers we were planning to have next, and right away she knew what to do. One combination after another, she was able to put together the most beautifully mixed and generously priced set of flowers we think we’ve ever seen! The flowers are getting put in water immediately, and they’re getting placed in a spot at the apartment where we can stare at them all day long! Thank you Kim!

I won't be ordering from this florist again!
I ordered my mother a beautiful flower arrangement for her birthday, however what she received wasn't even close to what I ordered, it looks like a completely different arrangement, the only similarity was the vase, very disappointed.

Just received a floral arrangement sent by our daughter in Massachusetts. We often receive floral arrangements, but this arrangement is so unique, beautiful, and the flowers and greens are like they were just picked. Beautiful and would make this our go to florist for any future arrangements.
