Disorganized company. I did not receive my order and I am trying to get a hold of anyone for the last 3 weeks, no success. When I managed to sent an email and I got a response 2 days later, they said that I will get a refund within 3-5 days. It has been 2 weeks and no refund. When I emailed them again they said ,they sent a new package and it was delivered. They just sent me the old picture and date from the first shipment. Very bad customer service.

My first experience with was without issues. Ordered product on line, item was received quickly. My most recent experience was not good. Order herbicide product on their site, the system excepted order with no issues. Received shipment quickly and upon opening the box, notice my order was changed to a weaker/half strength product. (my invoice remained at the original price) Whoever boxed it must have thought this would be fine. Tried to call and no one would answer the phone, sent a message via their web site and have not to this day received a response. Kept calling and finally got ahold of the person who advised the product was not in stock and apologized for the issue. Sent me a return label and shipment tracking number for the product I order for it was suppose to arrive at their warehouse in a couple of days. A week later, still not receiving my order, it went through the task of trying to get a person on the phone. Did finally get ahold of someone to said they would ck with the warehouse and give me a call right back. That didn’t happen! Started calling again and final got ahold of the first person I had talked to who put me on hold and came back stating product is still inbound. I requested a refund.

Very good customer service. My order shipped out on the same day that it was placed with Seed Ranch. However, USPS are the ones with the delay. If ordering from Seed Ranch, please keep in mind that they promptly ship out but, the transit time via USPS takes a lot of time. Use the tracking number that is given upon placing your orders so that you may anticipate and approximate when your product will arrive.

I saw they sell sericea lespedeza. A very aggressive invasive species listed as noxious in many states. I asked them if they shipped to Pennsylvania. They said they would ship to Pennsylvania. Sericea lespedeza is a listed noxious weed in Pennsylvania and it is illegal to sell or ship the seed to a customer inside Pennsylvania. If you are going to sell invasive, destructive seeds you should know the law.
