I recently had the pleasure of working with Monty after he came to our rescue. Monty expertly addressed a significant issue in our home caused by a slow leak. This leak had caused the ceiling in my children's room to collapse and also affected part of our roof balcony. From start to finish, Monty was nothing short of outstanding. H was prompt and professional, quickly assessing the damage and providing a clear and reasonable estimate for the repair work. He efficiently fixed the leak, repaired the ceiling, and meticulously restored the damaged spot on our balcony as well as fixed under the sink where the floor boards had warped.

Monty is knowledgeable in many areas, including electrical, mechanical, woodwork, and landscaping. He always shows up with a pad and pen to make sure he understands the task, and takes the time to explain options. Monty has already helped us with installing a kitchen stove vent system, outdoor electrical outlet, and entry room ceiling light; upgrading an outdoor lighting system; renovating our irrigation system; and designing / installing a drain to pull water that was pooling around our garage. He charges a fair price for his work, and is a pleasure to work with.
