I had Chris and his crew come out to remove a 40’ cottonwood today, I was a little concerned that the tree was between the house and the barn, Chris assured me that it wasn’t a problem, he had it down, cut up and hauled away in about an hour and a half! My property sits on a hill, and on May 19, 2023 we had an early monsoon downpour, 4-5" / hr for a half hour. This caused drainage problems with my property and many others. My general contractor suggested excavating big swales behind the house, but no one was taking my calls. It was also going to be difficult to get a machine up the hill. Chris was referred to me by someone that I had worked with before, AND he called me back. The solution was a drainage wall and several French drains to divert water into rock swales on either side of the house. He started in two weeks and was able to quickly complete the work. His crew lugged concrete and block up the hill in record-breaking heat. They worked hard, kept the jobsite clean, and were always pleasant. I would definitely recommend Sanders Services. Chris answered all my questions and concerns, and stands behind his work.
