We were excited when we learned about the Ruskin Fresh Market and we were not disappointed. When we walked in the first time, we were amazed at the color and freshness of all of the fruits and vegetables. There's a great variety of most anything you need, and the prices beat the local grocery store hands down. Since that first visit, we've been back several times, and it seems each time they add a new item. They now carry farm fresh eggs, fresh honey, milk from a dairy farm, the list goes on. Aside from all of the wonderful items they carry, the staff is very helpful and kind. Small businesses are simply the best since they genuinely care about their clientele.

One day we visited them on a rainy day and my husband slipped (did not fall) on the threshold to the market. We told them about the danger, and a couple of weeks later they installed a large overhang to protect that ramp from getting wet. Like I said, they care!

When you visit, bring a reusable bag. I'd say a few of them if you love your veggies and fruit.

I was tired of getting overpriced + spoiled fruit/veggies from supermarkets, so I went to Ruskin Fresh Market for the first time. It’s CLEAN, it was cool inside, organized, greeted with a smile and they have variety. They have micro greens, local honey, many fruits and vegetables and I didn’t see a single thing that looked unappealing. I bought ALL THIS (plus bananas we already ate) for $20!! I’m definitely going to come back ❤️🍉🍍🍋🍌

I got all my fruits for $28! Both the gentleman and the nice woman at the cashier were very helpful, I’ll definitely be going back soon! Oh yeah you can probably eat off the floor it’s so clean, Definitely recommend 10/10!
