First of all, we had them clean our backyard which was out of control with weeds. They did a good job and did it faster than I thought it would take. This was a test run to see how well they did before we'd hire them to take care of our yard care needs on a weekly bases.

Their biggest downfall is committing to any appointments. We set up two appointments prior to the weed clean up. After they missed the first one (we had to call them since they never called us to find out what happened), we set up another. They missed the second one and decided to come check out our backyard without asking. I don't know about others, but I don't like anyone just letting themselves in my backyard especially without consent. We grudgingly let that slid and hired them to clean up the backyard.

We decided to set up an appointment to finally meet the owners since we liked their work and were going to hire them for weekly services. They had mentioned that they only live a few streets away so, we figured making an appointment should be easy. They said that the father would be here around 2 PM. After 3 PM I had my wife message them (I think they prefer texting) telling them that since they missed yet another appointment, we'd look for another company that has more time to meet potential customers. Approximately 10 minutes after we sent that text, a truck pulls up and someone rang the doorbell. By then we were gone since we were both disappointed that we waited around and our afternoon off for someone who never showed up. We saw them on our cameras once we got home letter.

In my opinion, if a business can't take any time to meet potential customers that is a red flag. After all, we'd be trusting that company on our property every week unsupervised. Also, If they can't keep an appointment to talk for 5 to 10 minutes, how can they make it out weekly to do yard care?

Very professional, courteous, and very happy with their quality of work. Had them start with service at my mom's house in Clovis. Then after finding out they also did the foothill community's I switched to their services at two of my places.

They do a great job my backyard and front yard never looked so good until them came to do it. I highly recommend them they are awesome and respectful no matter how big the job is they will get it done.
