I had a sewer back up at my house which is not a fun thing to have . Matt was very courteous , came in on time , explained all the work to be done and got it done quickly and efficiently . Moreover , they restored the ground and my flower bed almost close to how it was before the job . Highly satisfied with the work . Thank you again Matt and crew .

He was introduced to me by a common friend, I live in Franklin lakes and needed a septic repair. He came and gave an estimate and said it would be a two day repair. After work began the two day job turned into a four day job and if someone else was in his situation they would have charged me double the price from the initial agreed upon price between me and Matt. The issue that came up was unexpected and not foreseen. I really appreciate RPS and Matt for completing the work and the completion of the work but also did not charge me a single penny extra. I was extremely happy with his work ethic, commitment to the work and the final result of how the work turned out. The yard looks as if no work had even been done. I was extremely pleased and joyful from his professionalism and would recommend him for any type of job related to septic or excavation work.
After the completion of the septic repair I had Matt give me a quote for a new water line service from the road; our house is 12 feet higher than the road and 80 feet away. Although the work took longer than expected due to veolia installing the wrong size water connection at the road Matt took full responsibility and control of the situation getting veolia to answer the phone, getting us the parts we needed and the meter installed in a timely fashion as well as coordinating with his plumber to conduct the necessary changes for the interior plumbing. It was a simple job that turned into a nightmare due to weather and freezing temperatures.
In the end the water line got installed, inspected was done by the town and certification of the completion of work was issued by the town as satisfactory.
At the end I would like to thank Matt for is utmost professionalism, work ethics and honored the price he initially gave me for this job. And did not demand for extra money. Me and my wife are highly thankful to him for taking off this burden from our mind and it was a really big relief for both of us. For any kind of septic work, excavation, and plumbing I highly recommend his team RPS and his plumbing team Tommy myack with Tommy’s plumbing and heating services.

I had RPS deliver some fill dirt leveled out my yard put down topsoil and sod.. They did a great job they showed up when they said, they were quick efficien, and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend Matt and RPS excavating.

Matt is FANTASTIC! He and his crew work nonstop from 7am to 7pm. Friendly, communicative, takes care of all permits and related paperwork, and starts and finishes on time. Cost is very reasonable especially after we saw how much work was involved. This is the person to use!!!
