Make sure you call and check on your equipment when having it serviced. Mowers been there two weeks now and have called twice. First time they said I was on schedule to be looked at and serviced. Second time (today) they had a list of parts I needed and nobody reached out. Seems like it’s just sitting there with poor communication. Had I not checked probably be there for two more weeks. Go to less my buddy dropped his mower off the same day had it back in three days.

I am definitely not happy to give this store a bad review. I buy from them all the time, I dropped my cut off saw for service over 3 weeks ago and still haven't gotten a response. I went back twice,
and was told they would assign someone to look at the problem. That was a week ago. No call back yet. I will definitely not buy anything from them again. Terrible service!

I brought my blower that was almost stock in idle and I explained it to Aaron, he just took a look and told me I know what ist is few minutes later it was fixed. Aaron thanks a lot for your help. I really recommend this place to any body that has issues with their equipment.

Edit: I was contacted by management and they allowed me to return the chainsaw as long as it was unused and in new condition. I was very thankful for their understanding and in the future I will not hesitate to go back there with the understanding of their return policy. Thanks Royal!
To start off I do have to say the employees were very helpful, knowledgeable, and nice, which is why I gave them 2 stars. The problem I have is with their policies. I went in to buy a chainsaw on Thursday (last day of a Stihl nationally advertised sale on this specific chainsaw). I asked about the $50 off advertisement on the Stihl website and they said they didn't participate in the sale because the money was too hard to get back from Stihl. (Ok that's their decision, I don't like it but ok.) So I bought the saw anyway and away I went. It turned out that I didn't need the saw after all, and I called to ask about returning the saw the very next day in a completely brand new condition and was told that there are no returns. So my complaints are with their lack of participation in nationally advertised sales and their lack of communicating the no return policy upfront.

Extremely unhappy with the communication and service. They held my mower for almost 4 months and overcharged me. Very poor communication…Every month they would call me with another $1,000 added on and my mower still wasn’t ready. Needless to say, they lost my business. Not sure they even cared.

I worked at Royal Edger and Mower for 5 years, dedicating myself to the team and customers. However, my experience took a devastating turn after Hurricane Milton.
I Lost everything my home and all of my belongings.

I was unexpectedly let go solely for contacting FEMA to find a hotel for my family. The owner Lesa McMullen harassed me while on the phone with FEMA. Even after I informed her respectfully that I was speaking to a FEMA agent she told me " I really don't care who you're on the phone with, now hangup and get back to work." Roy Olivares the GM is completely out of touch and hides behind his 'mother's' Skirt. The guy fired me over the phone and showed himself a coward. Roy is also very disingenuous and will claim that i got fired due to my attitude ask yourself if you just lost everything you owned and the company you worked for showed zero compassion how would you feel?

I was shocked and disappointed by the lack of empathy and support from the company. Don't let 'family owed' or 'small business' titles fool you. Obviously Royal only concern is about profits.

While I understand businesses face challenges, I believe compassion and understanding are essential during times of crisis. Unfortunately, Royal Edger and Mower fell short in this.
