Used the website to request a quote, received a call back a day later from Carter. Set up a time for 3 days later after agreeing to the price and work that needed to be done. Everything seemed great.

Carter asked for a picture to be texted to him ahead of time so he knew what to bring. No issue until all communication over the following 3 days was not returned at all, and no one showed up at the agreed upon day/time for the work to be done. Still have not heard back from anyone.

Incredibly unprofessional. It’s totally understandable if something came up and was then communicated, that’s life - but to straight ghost a customer is disrespectful. This is likely indicative of the work that might’ve been done, so hopefully I dodged a bullet.
