We had a great experience with Roofs Only Florida. Bryce our salesman sold us on a new roof with his company. Our old roof was just over 20 yrs old and has had a few leaks. Bryce told us about how the complete job would be done. From start to finish. And that is exactly how the job was done. The roofers did a great job and cleaned up afterwords very well. I really wanted to give a five star review because Mr Widmayer (my sales guy and point of contact) was absolutely amazing, he even reached out to check on us before and after hurricane Idalia and checked on the condition of the roof because we were still waiting on the county to approve the permit so they could start my new roof. I had high hopes from the great first impression.

Once they were finally able to start my roof, that's when it got a rough. I still have rotted/black area's on my facia that weren't replaced, I called to talk to someone, nobody ever got back to me, they pass it on to my point of contact who in turn just records the info. My roof sits for 13 days with just the underlayment on after the tear off and it must have rained heavy for 7 of those days so my soffit stayed full of water, lost 1 camera and 2 floodlights due to filling with water. I also notice my soffit now has about a 1- 2" gap on about 10 feet of it so I immediately called another company (soffit repair) out to my home to repair the soffit as it's not the roof companies issue , at least I thought.. that company comes out and shows me how Roofs Only backnailed my gutters and facia skirt in place so nothing moves (normal practice I guess) but my facia skirt fell down some before being nailed so it caused this gap. I called Roofs only and tried to explain my situation, telling them not to put on the drip edge while it's like this, we can fix it before or it will stay that way.. they went ahead and finished drip edge anyway and I never heard back. This keeps going with the communication issue at the main office.
I also called about my skylight being done differently than I was told, didn't hear back.

Called about a dent and multiple other issues DURING install so we could hopefully address the issue right then & there but they failed every time on that aspect unfortunately. They finally had the project manager call me after the installation was complete. My major concerns can't be addressed now and it's really upsetting. I really wish there was a supervisor there during installation like I was told in the beginning but one never showed up during the whole install. I felt bad because the installers were such hard workers, had nobody check on them and they didn't speak English so I couldn't explain my issues to them. I just bought them dinner and drinks.

I was probably just a complaining customer to them but I had valid concerns that were never addressed when they should have been. Pictures attached. Note: I do LOVE the standing seam roof, just wish it was done with pride and carefully.

My experience with Roofs Only Florida was absolutely AMAZING. When I asked for an estimate, my account executive, who has been in roofing his entire adult life, came VERY well prepared, had done his homework, bringing in a detailed report about my roof with him, and presented me with several options, and walked me through each estimate in detail. After doing my due diligence, getting 4 other estimates, Roofs Only Florida still impressed me the most, with their experience, knowledge, quality materials, and fair prices. Once we started the project, I was VERY impressed with how quickly the work was started. The roof tear-off, and re-sheathing was completely done in a single day. The crew was respectful and polite, and the clean up was EXTREMELY thorough and well done. Installation of the new roof was also done in a single day, and again the crew was AMAZING - quick, professional, polite, quality work, followed by an equally amazing, and thorough clean up. I am one VERY happy and satisfied customer, and have gladly recommended to my neighbors and friends.

Our roof had to be completely removed and reinstalled after hurricane Ian. We interviewed several roofing companies, and chose Roofs Only Florida after meeting with our project coordinator, Caesar Bisono. He did a great job keeping us up-to-date on the process and checking in regularly. Our team of construction workers who put the roof on were extremely hard workers, respectful, and did a good job cleaning up after working on the roof daily. We went with a metal roof and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Thank you Caesar for all your help.

These guys did an excellent job. They came when I was told they were going to be here. There was a delay with getting the final inspection done, not the company's fault, however. I would recommend them to anybody.
