On June 8th, 2024, I paid Nick Villano $150 over Zelle in advance for tree trimming and coconut/debris removal, which was supposed to be completed in the month of June. I was notified by my property manager that it never happened, and that RNJ was not always completing regular lawn care service for which I paid a monthly fee. In August, I was notified by my property manager that Nick was no longer even responding to texts/calls. Unfortunately, ended up having to find a new service provider and ended our monthly payments to Nick starting in September. By that time, the pre-paid trimming had never occurred. I followed up by sending friendly messages Nick to get refunded for the uncompleted service. My follow ups were on these dates: 9/15, 9/17, 9/18, 9/25, 10/2, and 11/4. Eventually, I had to give up because he either ignored my messages or gave me an excuse (that he was out of the country). I'm sharing this review to protect other customers from this issue going forward.

I never write reviews but this one needs to be done!!!!

I Have to call them every time I need my grass cut. Sent text asking if they were going to do my lawn no reply. Also they ran into my animal cage which they broke it. Did send pictures of the damage no reply no sorry no nothing. I would have worked with them or even made arrangements to have them fix it. If you want someone professional don’t bother calling them.

I called this company not thinking anyone would ever reach out, I had some bad luck trying to find a reliable lawn company that would come out to mow my yard. Fortunately, Nick reached out and thankfully he was able to take care of my lawn.

He responded quickly to my messages, he also let me know that my appointment needed to be moved a day in advance due to scheduling. I greatly appreciated that he let me know of this, instead of me expecting someone to come out and then no one showing.

The lawn looks amazing and I'm looking forward to using this company for all my future lawn care needs. Thank you Nick!

Nick and his company bailed us out when our previous lawn service disappeared, leaving us with an out-of-control lawn. Nick was extremely helpful, adding us to the schedule promptly. The crew did a beautiful job, efficiently and professionally. I’m glad that they will be caring for our yard going forward. I just wish I had found them earlier.

I highly recommend RNJ. I set up my lawn care maintenance with Nick, one of the owners. He is very professional, very friendly, and really cares about his customers! He goes out of his way to make his customers happy. If you ever have to get in touch with him for any reason, he responds very quickly! You NEVER have to wait long. His crew is great, also. They always do a great job, they always show up on the day they are supposed to be at my house, and they are very neat. They never leave any clippings or trimmings around. They do everything that Nick told me they would do, and my property always looks neat and well maintained. I have never had one complaint. Their prices are very reasonable, as well. If you are looking for lawn maintenance, don’t hesitate to call them! Excellent company!

Unreliable. Has regularly skipped our lawn since being hired. Raised prices this year and still only shows up half of the time, coming about every third week. For the past two months, I have received more payment requests than lawn care. I had received a referral from a friend for RNJ, that friend has long since fired them also.
They seem to be taking more business than they can handle.

They show up! Leave the property clean. I really enjoy the work and service they do for my Lawn. I will be using them to trim, mulch and beautify this fall 2023
