Had a wonderful experience with River Stonework during the design and installation of a backyard patio. Natalya met with us and listened to our desires for how we’d like it to look. She also answered all our questions. After a couple of days we had a great design plan at a very reasonable price. After accepting the offer we had pavers and supplies delivered about 3 weeks later. Jefferson and his outstanding construction crew came yesterday and built our beautiful patio in one day. Great job by everyone at River Stonework. We would highly recommend River Stonework for any of your paver projects. Ask for Natalya and Jefferson!!!

Overall I am happy with the project. The timeline was longer than expected due to availability of materials. There are minor imperfections such as glue on the pavers and minor issue with the drain. Marco was my sales person and kept his promises. He responded to my questions and requests. I would rate company 4.7-4.8 due to minor issues but again I am happy with the project and would recommend the company to others.

We can’t say enough good things about our experience with River Stonework! Rafaela was amazing to work with from the very start. Right away, they were, by far, the most communicative company we spoke with and they easily made revisions to come up with the best plan for our needs. The process was hell but that is a long different story.

From afar it looks fine and I enjoy the space but you look close at the details it looks bad. It's embarrassing to have my family point out. The funny part is I was constantly told the owner was on site on multiple days and everything looked amazing and they were patting themselves on the back for going an amazing job. The work speaks for itself. I rather pay someone else to fix it than deal with this company again.

There are big ugly gaps in the stack stone that you can see the adhesive through.

I was wondering why I kept finding bugs in my screen enclosure and discovered clear gaps that they can get in through.

When they cut my gutters to install the screen they left a huge gap that water just pours down and doesn't go out the spout.

The sink is completely flush on one side and there is a good size over hang on the other. I guess it was hard to mount it in a more symmetrical way

To be fair, they did replace it after I complained. But, they took a stone from under my firepit bowl, I'm assuming to finish around the purgola because they didnt have enough stones, and thought I wouldn't notice. Not cool. Then tried to say that after 2 months of the stone being in place they took it for drainage. Does anyone else have a stone missing from the middle of their firepit for drainage?

We are very pleased with the work and service of the company River Stone Work.
My husband and I checked different companies in our area. And we decided to contact the River Stone Work.
I sent a preliminary sketch of our desire.
Designer and project manager Natalia Mokoski directly and honestly replied that not everything can be done because of the requirements of the city. This immediately set us up, because Other companies sent us the calculation of money, without comment. We realized that we communicate with a professional who is important to a guaranteed result.
Natalia sent us the professional design of our future back yard under the screening. We agreed on small details and closed the deal.
The company took on all the necessary approvals and permits. We were constantly in touch with Natalya, on any question she responded immediately. Thanks a lot!
After the time when the permits were received, work began.
It should be noted that we had a very large slope: 2 feet 8 inches. The total area of paving stones and screen is 550 square feet.
The guys worked quickly and harmoniously. And important - very clean! Thank you so much for it!
In total, the work took 6 days. Fantastic! Of course, there were small breaks, because The guys were busy at other facilities or there were weekends.

Mary has been phenomenal as Sales Agent and Guide for our home project. The 3D dedign really helped a lot in making a quick decision. The crew were excellent and the end work was absolute beautiful. Very pleased with our recent paver work done by River Stonework! We decided to rework our entry paver walkway and extend our front porch. Mari with Riverstone work was a pleasure to work with and coordinate our job. She scheduled our job and was very commutative and explained what to expect. Alex and his team showed up promptly and were ready to do the work. Work was done quickly and the guys cleaned up everything and washed everything down when finished. River Stonework Pavers from the very beginning was such an enjoyable experience. Natayla was excellent with her design for our patio project. She kept her promise of being there during the entire project and even after completion. The Robinson work crew showed up on time and worked 10-hour days completing the project earlier than expected. The workers really worked hard completing the project and cleaned up my property like they were never even there. It was such a pleasure dealing with this highly professional company and would highly recommend them for anyone's future project needs.
