Our backyard went from being outdated and unappealing to amazing and beautiful! The work was precise and added such intricate detail that just set it apart from any average paver install. We have 3 big dogs that had absolutely DESTROYED our side yard. It was so bad we couldn't even stand to go on that side of the house. Enter River Oaks!!!! Will absolutely nailed my vision with his design and his crew implemented it to a T. We seriously couldn't be happier with the way it turned out. Bonus, Will was able to get us what we wanted WITHIN our budget. We highly recommend them. They will be our go to guys for years to come.

This company had really awesome Google reviews and reviews on a local FB group so they were my pick to get an estimate for some paver and landscaping work around my house. I met Will, the owner/estimator, on a Friday morning at 9 AM. Took an hour off work and showed him everything I wanted done. Nice guy, knew his business. I talked to him about where we each go to church, about his cool EV truck, etc. Went great. He promised me that he'd send over an estimate and I made that sure he had my contact info (phone and email). Then he just ghosted on me... That was 3-4 weeks ago. Since that time I've called and left a follow-up message and still no response. That's just very unprofessional. If you don't want to do the job then just say so, but don't ghost someone.

My family and myself would not recommend River Oaks Outdoors professional services. Will is a friendly and receptive person, and we trusted him with our home, but we ran into issues from the very beginning of our backyard project; from communication issues between Will and his team, to lack of landscape knowledge/experience, and poor execution. After the River Oaks Outdoor team "completed" our project we found the job was not completed as laid out in the contract. Unfortunately, we were asked to pay more money to complete the project correctly, but could only afford to correct part of the yard. River Oaks Outdoor took no responsibility in proactively correcting their work and offered no apology for their cut corners. Its sad to say that we took a chance on a local company we thought were trustworthy and would value us as a client, but found only the opposite to be true.

We cannot say enough good things about River Oaks Outdoor! They installed landscape lighting in our front and back yards, and the result was beyond our expectations! The lighting changed our house completely. Our neighbors love it so much… we told them who to call! River Oaks was so easy to work with… very responsive, finished the job early, very high standards for workmanship and the fixtures. We’d love to use them again for other projects.
