Rich Miller Landscape Service installed a new Rain Bird control, a unique manifold, valves, In ground valve boxes with covers, rain sensor, new lines, and sprinkler heads for our home. He also installed extra lines for our future plans in the remodel of our back yard. He communicated well and submitted to our request. If you want an irrigation service with confidence and understanding in the nature of you lawn and garden, give him the opportunity to quote your needs. We are happy Rich installed the rain sensor so we don't unnecessarily overwater when mother nature takes care of the lawn.
Note: The Rain bird module for a smart phone app is also a great feature for a traveler to modify watering schedules while away, but cost a few bucks extra.
Overall, Rich did a fine job for us and our residence. I believe Mr. Miller is in the business to make a positive difference in our surroundings.

I gave Rich 5 stars and "Two Thumbs Up" for his services! I have a shallow well that does not have the optimized gallons per hour. The low output scared some of the competitors - but not Rich. He brought creative solutions in how he installed the irrigation zones. His crew was timely and completed the project in the same day. I would highly recommend Rich for your irrigation needs!

Rich designed irrigation and lighting systems for our front yard and we couldn't be happier! The lighting is beautiful and our plants are finally getting the correct amount of water...everything looks great. He patiently went over how to operate the apps for both features and they are very user friendly and efficient. He has great ideas, a very good eye and a friendly, diligent staff. Rich installed landscape lighting in both my front and back yard. It is just beautiful. I've had people drive by and stop and comment on how great it looks. Really adds beauty to the home. Rich was very professional, spent 3 full days on the rather extensive lighting and wiring and everything works perfectly. He also did a great and thorough job of cleanup to where I hardly could tell where the trenches for electrical had been dug. His lighting fixtures and equipment he installed were top notch and very high quality LED. While pricey, it was well worth it for what I received.

Clear communication and installed a new sprinkler pump without any issues. High quality work at a fair price. He even went out of his way to dispose of my old sprinkler pump (which is not something we originally contracted to have completed). He took the time to follow up after the work was complete to ensure everything was still working properly. Rich did a great job helping us get our old sprinkler system up and running. We had bought our house knowing it did not work but not sure how long it had been inoperable. He did a thorough evaluation of the system and his estimates for what needed to be fixed were fair and reasonable. We appreciated his communication - he showed up when he said he was going to be here and did what he said he was going to do. If any issues arose he made us aware of them and provided timely estimates.

Even though he could have easily come in and said this system is old and all needs to be replaced - he didn't he worked with what we had and replaced what needed to be replaced we appreciated his honesty and willingness to work with us. Our property is an acre so it would have been very costly to start over.

He has followed up with us to make sure that the system continues to work properly - we would definitely recommend Rich if you are looking for a professional and reliable person. We would have him back again to do more work.

As part of the redesign of my backyard Rich reconfigured the existing Rain Bird irrigation system, which was good amount of hard work. Since I'm having garden beds built he also ran a special line so I don't have to drag a long hose from the house to have suitable water for vegetables (since the reclaimed water from the irrigation system shouldn't be used). I appreciated that very much. He also installed a rain sensor so I no longer have to manually turn off the system when rainfall is forecast and avoid the automation running unnecessarily. I am happy with the results so far, and will be calling on Rich again for the front and side yard redesign coming up next.
