Alex came out to give a bid, he’s always friendly and knowledgeable, shortly after the bid I was notified the technicians would be out to complete the trimming, I’ve had the same crew at my home to trim twice, they are very knowledgeable and precise with their trimming, the trees look great, they always clean up and take great pride in their work, and they are very friendly and respectful of our property, it’s great to have people you can trust to do the job right! I’ve been using Reliable Tree Care for over 20 years. I’ve spent tens of thousands of dollars with them. I just had them trim my trees in my front yard. They did a nice job on the trees but left a big mess. They left branches, twigs and leaves all over my front yard. I didn’t notice this until after they left. I had to spend the better part of the afternoon cleaning up this mess. I called them to complain and they said they would do a better cleanup job next time. Well, there won’t be a next time, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
