Benjamin and his crew did a landscaping job for us. They were amazing! They did extra for us just because I mentioned I needed to do it. When I came out to see the progress of the job, they had already done those extra little things for me! They arrived on time and stayed until the job was done. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

First, the positive - Reflections took about 10% off the estimate, and installed sod in my back yard for free. The project manager was very kind. Why two stars? This was supposed to be a roughly two month job, pouring and painting a concrete addition around my pool. It took nearly a year. Multiple missed appointment days (the routine was the same - nobody would show up, and then I'd have to call and speak to the increasingly rude office manager, only to find out one of a list of reasons the appointment was missed), incorrect paint orders, poured concrete that was dug up and re-poured, paint that was removed via pressure washer without my consent, the result of which was concrete bits and paint all over my pool (surface and floor). Paint all over my pool ladder and screens (still there). Multiple pits in the concrete that attract dirt. For the initial kool deck application, the workers did not remove any debris, and painted over everything (dead leaves, plants, even painting my pool skimmer lid shut).

I would probably hire this company for standard landscaping projects, but I do not recommend them for a large, concrete-related project.

Reflections Landscaping did a great job for us. Michael who came out and did the job bid was thorough and answered all my questions. Benjamin and his crew did great job as well. We had 2 drain lines installed that attached to our gutters directly and also put rock around our A/C unit as well. Highly recommend Reflections Landscaping!!! Will definitely use them in the future.

I'll start off by saying that yes they are a little more expensive than others, but you get what you pay for. Crew worked fast and efficient. They reported everything the found during digging. If something was off they responded to us before fixing.Always good communication between us and company. Been raining all day and french drains are working like a champ.

unwanted soliciting should not damage private property . my extra large personalized military mail box now has the flag bent from cramming your advertising between it . ether i disassemble and try to straighten it or curse you every day . leave Mail Boxes alone !
