I used them for a year, even throughout the colder months and gave them extra projects during those months. That was supposed to make sure we got service during the busier summer months. For ongoing maintenance, we agreed to 2 people for 2 hours a month. When the warm weather came, they got busy and only sent one person for 2 hours. The previous month they charged me for extra services since they couldn't get it done in the allotted time. I talked with the owner and he said that was all the time they had and did not feel he needed to adjust the fee even though they did not finish the job. I terminated their services and paid them half since I only got half of what was agreed. I would not use them again.
