The first thing I liked about David and his service is that he answered the phone. Perhaps I was lucky and that won't happen every time, but it was a key reason he got my job. While working together, David's follow up was excellent. He planted flowers near my front door, refreshed the bark, fixed a sprinkler drip, reset the watering schedule, and trimmed a tree. I like that he knows my Rachio watering system. His strong communication skills provide predication and joy. He is conscientious about delivering what he promised. We plan to work together on our backyard. I highly recommend him.

Glad I called David for my lawn & sprinkler issues. Everything is fixed. Very knowledgeable , and great communication re arrival time, what caused my issues, next steps/what to do if issues reoccur. Definitely would use David / Quality 1 Lawn care again.

David came for rescue. He contact me, after I've posted, that we are in need of replacing our old sprinkler system (Valves). He came next morning, spent little bit longer then 1.5 hours and we got all new, working valves . He also gives 1 year warranty. I'm very recommending him, and his company. He is trustworthy, honest and professional person, who knows what is he doing. 5 stars for sure.

I called David about getting my old manual sprinkler timer replaced. He helped me understand the differences between the two SMART timers he recommended. Later that day he installed the new timer, programmed it, and got the app set up on my phone. With his instructions, it’s very easy to use. In addition, David found and repaired a cut irrigation valve wire that was in the crawl space under my house. I am extremely pleased with the work David did and will definitely contact him again when I have the next irrigation system issue

We recently hired David Garcia to replace a leaky sprinkler valve, and we couldn't be more satisfied with the service. He arrived on time and worked efficiently to resolve the issue. Not only were his charges reasonable, but he also took the time to explain the cause of the leak, which was due to our home being on a slope. After completing the job, he made sure to clean up. We highly recommend David Garcia for any landscaping/irrigation needs!

It was finally time to do something about our leaking and wasteful irrigation system. Before an upcoming patio re-paving project, I needed to replace a leaking sprinkler valve, and change out drip system fixtures that had been overwatering where we no longer had many plants. I reached out to several recommended irrigation repair specialists. David responded immediately, understood my needs, and was available to make the repairs in a very timely fashion. In addition to those repairs he also replaced some sprinkler heads and made recommendations for others. I found his prices to be reasonable for the work done and have been very pleased with the result! I can definitely recommend Quality 1 Lawn Care.

I was looking for a reliable lawn/ sprinkler person for a long time. I was fortunate to find David and his business Quality 1 Lawn Care! He is very busy, but is responsive and was worth waiting for. He fixed my WHOLE sprinkler system front, back and side yards and made it much more functional than it was originally set up. He explains everything he is going to do and after shows you what he has done. He is kind and does a great job… he says if things aren’t getting watered as expected he will come back and make the adjustments.. but my sprinkler system is now up and running and I couldn’t be more thrilled. I would HIGHLY recommend him.
