When it comes to shopping at a place where you expect quality products, diversity, and friendly employees, there is no better option than choosing Publix, but in this case I am sorry to say that this is the first time in my life that I have experienced such bad customer service not once, but more than 10 times. There are good quality products as is usual in Publix, but this is a clear example of how the negative attitude and the desire to take revenge from the customers who made a complaint, which by the way we have the right to do so and even more so if they failed me 3 times in the bakery department by giving me the wrong birthday cakes, and the bad attitude and lack of customer service from the staff in charge of the ham and cheese section who look at you with disdain, and this particular female hispanic employee with curly hair one who I can't even conceive in my mind who constantly takes a deplorable attitude and had the audacity to argue and took a defiant attitude towards my husband and me, every time we went back, because I have no choice because I really need to use Western Union, this particular employee continues her rude attitude over and over again and walks away from us, and turns her back right there at the register, and leaves us standing there talking to nothing, my husband and I we are frustrated about this and we have never experienced that kind of attitude before and it makes us feel so uncomfortable and thinking that we should never return, and this leads me to reflect that because of employees like these, good companies lose prestige and the essence that in this case Publix always sells, very unfortunate but certainly sad and true.

Worse publix in the area. Second time I tried to go to customer service and they don’t help. Not sure why they are selling these mini chickens for almost $8. I needed some cooked chicken for dinner, but it is disrespectful how expensive they are and they can’t even give you a good quality product.

I request bringing back chilled hardboiled eggs in the deli. I used to buy the single or double packs, but today she told me I had to buy a dozen. It was just to add to my salad for a quick lunch, 12 eggs isn't typical.

This Publix always looks nice and organized. Love the fresh fruits. The smiling and happy employees. Any Department I have ever interacted with was always very nice with 🙂 happy employees. The shelves look nice when they’re faced off. They have Atm. Looks like they’re getting some self checkout registers soon. All in all this is a great store with all the departments you come to expect from Publix.

All Staff need retrained on bagging. I love the store. Over the past year the bagging has been horrible. 1/2 gallon of milk, 2 quarts of yogart, a box of stick butter and 3 boxes of pudding in a single plastic bag. Happens all the time.

PLEASE retrain all the baggers.

I had an exceptional experience at the deli, thanks to Brenda. Her service was nothing short of spectacular! Brenda went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied with my order. She is an outstanding worker, and her dedication truly shows. I left feeling incredibly pleased with the attention and care she provided. Brenda, you are amazing! Read customer service star was very clean. Organized store was well stocked. Deli associates are really nice. Very knowledgeable and product overall great experience.

Love the store and it’s employees. Very well organized, and the employee seem kind. However, the parking lot is a nightmare, and that keeps it from being a five star review.
