I started shopping here 3 months ago, and every single time I have felt welcome, with the courtesy and kindness of all employees. I take my elderly father weekly for his exercise and fun. Just today I did my first online purchase, with 30+ items from dry goods, frozen, meat and produce, all were bagged, and most importantly stored correctly, which we appreciate. Hands up for this store, customer service with the sweetest girl ROBYN, and Andrew who helped me out to my car.
FYI, this picture was after everything and unloading, but to show they are very attentive, and caring as they tag all products.
Small store but BIG SERVICE 🙏🏼💪🏼🇺🇸❤️

Good location near the Courtyard Titusville KSC. Ample carpark. Clean trolleys. Great crew. Everyone from the Deli to the cashier were helpful & friendly. Well stocked, wide variety. Wide selection of grab ‘n’ go food like Panera soups. Deli made a pretty good Italian sub.

Highly recommended if you are in the vicinity of Courtyard Titusville KSC or Hyatt Place Titusville KSC.

If I could rate it negative 00s I would.. super ridiculous I even went through this .. I have been going to this Pacific store for over 30years myself and has been great until today 10/29/2024 thanks to the new manager guy that's there he's the rudest person I ever spoke to and I never want to feel the way i did today again .he had me feel to the point i was shaking . Whatever store u came from please go back and never return.. There is a new manager guy in today that has never been to this store wearing his tight bright green pickle looking suit ask him a question and he doesn't like his job at all and was the rudest man I ever spoke to. U need to re-evaluate who you let go to work for others peoples shift ..he doesn't like his job and shouldn't b working in a happy environment. Please make our store great again. Tia

I’ve been going there for a while. Their store is exceptionally clean and everybody’s always very helpful. Recently I spoke with Matt one of the managers regarding purchasing a pallet of water to send to North Carolina. He was extremely helpful in authorizing this as well as helping with another staff member loading it into the back of my truck. Thank you very much to all of you.

I love publix. Don't get me wrong here. But this experience today blew my mind. I ordered 2 subs around 2 o'clock for pickup at 2:30pm. I arrived a little late to find neither were there, I was scared someone stole them but I saw them working on one in the back so I walked around a bit. I came back every now and then seeing costumers come and go but still no subs. Finally one comes out. Cool! But I ended up waiting an hour for 2 subs... Not mad, just baffeled.

The people who work there are awesome. But the corporation sucks. We’re bound by one grocery store all over the state of Florida. All you have to go to three different Publix to get one shopping list made. This is absurd.

The deli is very frustrating. Hardly ever any hot food HOURS before closing time.
