I usually always have a good experience here. Only once did I go that the customer service representative was somewhat new, but they were still in training and weren't exactly sure what needed to be done to process my transaction of sending a payment through Western Union. However, any other time I've gone, the store is clean. The products are in stock. Everything is correctly priced, and the employees are very kind and helpful.

I had an amazing experience at the Publix in St. Cloud! The customer service was outstanding—every staff member I interacted with was super friendly and went out of their way to help. The store was fully stocked with everything I needed, and the aisles were clean and well-organized, making it easy to shop. It's refreshing to visit a store where the employees genuinely care about their customers and maintain such a high standard. I’ll definitely be coming back!"

The technicians at this pharmacy do not care about their customers well being they would rather postpone filling a 90 day script and lie to their customers and tell them “our system is down” when it wasn’t! I was told to call other pharmacy’s for THEIR inconveniences and when I DID the other pharmacy Canoe Creek was PLEASANT enough to inform me they had more than enough of that drug in stock and they “most likely without doubt did not want to fill the script tonight so they lied and said it was out of stock, I can fill it in one hour”. This was said by the other tech at a Publix that truly does care and isn’t afraid to do their job.

Publix is the best supermarket ever. The staff is professional, the stores are very clean, and the food is fresh and inexpensive. The management team walks around to make sure everything is alright with you and make you feel very welcome. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I've tried to tip several staff members and they would not take it. They are super nice. I feel so special when coming inside Publix. I can find everything in this supermarket. I sometimes come here just to be amongst these amazing people. I love this store. You all must come and see for yourselves...you all will not be disappointed. The world's best store to me. Thank you so much Publix for always satisfying my family and myself.

Miss Lauren, the customer care manager, would rather put you on hold for thirty minutes on the phone, instead of address your concerns directly and professionally.

If you visit this location, be prepared to have her encourage her cashiers lie to your face about “error messages” on the screen when attempting to redeem your $2 coupon and for her to not attempt any form of acknowledgment and reassurance, but simply talk down to you.

It seems as though she has been getting away with such scams, or her brazen attempts would not happen directly in front of the customer.

She completely failed to represent the Publix brand that I have come to appreciate.

Publix, train your people better.

Lazy staff, went in to get a letter notarized and the notary refused as she would only notarize if it was in certain format from a lawyer. Don't bother with this place between shipping and now this there is always an excuse why they can not get the job done.

It is very clean and well organized . This publix is larger than some of the other publix I have been to. Veggies were really fresh. The meat department had a wide variety. Bathrooms were very clean.
