I hired ProScape to do two different sprinkler projects, a new installation on a business and a repair to an existing system at my home. While at my home I was able to observe the actual work being done and was not impressed. We were constantly picking up trash (personal, not job related), asking the crew what they were doing as they stood around, finding materials installed incorrectly or materials we were charged for not in use or functioning at all. The crew rarely showed up as scheduled and didn't make the most of the time they were here. After 230 hours of labor, we still found leaks, sprinklers needing adjustments, line breaks patched with electrical tape and trenches left open. ProScapes installed a pump that was too much for our existing system which has since blown out lines and caused more damage than existed before. The young crew's inexperience not only cost us in time and an obscene hourly rate, but in damaged and destroyed established plants and shrubs. We later learned of an incident with a neighbor involving the crew driving too fast down a narrow road endangering pedestrians that ended with a shouting and cussing. Not very professional. My advice if you decide to go with this company is to get EVERYTHING in writing and ask for receipts up front, keep an eye on the crew's progress and inspect the work being done as it's being done.
