Late on Oct 09 2024 Hurricane Milton pushed our huge oak tree onto the roof of our house. At 1:00 am Thursday morning I began leaving messages on tree services answering machines. About 10:00 am Ray the salesman called. I explained our predicament. He was at our house within an hour. He went over the whole operation with us and explained the pricing. Friday morning (can you believe it - one day after the storm) the crew was here just like Ray said they would be. Within 4 to 4 1/2 hrs they had cut and craned huge sections of the tree over the roof, dropped them into the street and cut into smaller sections.
I just had to take some videos. Like artists at work. Andy (the owner) running the crane and Conner up in the tree talking on their headsets. What an operation. Gently shaking the branches as they were lifting so as not to snap the electric/cable lines. Same with our chimney and skylights. Tamayo and Walter of the ground crew got the huge sections cut up and off the street to the curb so traffic could continue going by.
Wow.
My wife and I are still amazed. We feel Blessed that Progressive Tree Care answered our call of distress. Sounds kinda weird, I know. But we were in a bit of a panic and they took care of everything. Ray has even called twice and stopped by once just to make sure we are good with everything.
If we could give 10 stars we would. We will definitely recommend this company to anyone who asks.

We had a big Camphor Tree removed. Andrew and 3 others came to the house and started at 10 and were finished by 2:30. They did an awesome job and would HIGHLY recommend them to do any of your tree work. Everyone was professional and accommodating from start to finish

Absolutely loved our service from Progressive Tree Care! Andrew was great and came out the next day to give us a free estimate. He explained our options and gave a recommendation. The price was very reasonable. Once we accepted, Andrew and team came out with all their equipment and cleaned up our trees. We couldn't be happier with the job they did.

After the two hurricanes Helen and Milton, a big oak tree came down and learned against our house.

Second time using Progressive Tree Care this year. Andrew and crew are the most professional landscapers we have ever used since moving to FL. They do exactly what they say, they show up on time, they communicate, they clean up as if they have never been here and the price doesn't change from the quote.
