Services were not rendered as agreed upon. Supposed to get weekly serviced in the summer and my house was attended to maybe 2x in the last month. Grass is way over grown. The Flower beds are covered in weeds and have been ignored for sometime.

I E-mailed the company and was told someone would be out in a few days to handle - fast forward. No one ever showed up. So another email to let them Know - never got a reply. So find me shocked when I get a bill for the month of august in full. I reply simply stating asking for full payment is a bit of a reach considering the issues at hand. They simply replied “then don’t pay at all” - seemed a little curt and rude.

At this point I was upset with his reply and his lack of service and communication prior. So
I replied to please cancel my contract of service to which I get the reply
“I’ll be glad to!” - excuse me How uncalled for and unprofessional. Unbelievable.

Do not use this company.
