They did the weed control service which didnt work at all and they redid it in 1 month again which still didnt work too, but they keeps sending me bills when their services didn't give me any good results. In the begining they promised me the best results but when their services didn’t work they then said they can't guarantee any results. Don't trust this company, they demand money for unaffective and horrible services. Pictures are showing 0% results of their services (all weeds are still alive).

I had an infestation of grubs (nastiest looking shrimp like creature) that ate my zoysia lawn 70% and I freaked out but Problem Solved worked on that problem every 2 weeks for 3 months and assured me my lawn would recover! The staff and office are wonderful! I am thrilled to have my lawn back!

I've been using Problem Solved for close to 3 yrs now for house extermination, and last year we added on lawn pest control. When I came to them, I had had 2 other companies treat my house for cockroaches with very little results. I didn't have a lot of faith they would be able to take care of the problem, especially since they charged a lot less. Now I am a regular customer for any and all pest problems I might have. I call them and the problem is truly solved! And without wrecking my budget!

They WERE a good company. I was late paying my quarterly bill this past spring when my husband was dying of cancer. It really didn't' cross my mind at that time but it did get paid. I called about 3 or 4 times in the last year because of palmetto bugs in the house. The last time I called I was basically told oh well we're not coming back anymore because you have been late paying your bill! Never asked why and I didn't offer the reason. I called another company! There's too many other people out there that actually care about people and not just the money.

Problem Solves takes care of my yard, shrubs, and trees. Initially, they were wonderful and made my yard look terrific. Then their serviceman started skipping my yard, and I could not get them to come unless I called. They no longer came routinely. When I call the office and ask why they are no longer doing my yard routinely, they have no answer. They say that I am on the schedule, but my house gets skipped for no reason. Then they will say that they are only doing odd or even houses today and yours will be tomorrow. But it isn't done tomorrow either! It is amazing that as a customer that you subscribe to their service but then then they stop the service without any rationale. When you call, customer service is non-existent as they just have someone who answers the phone but cannot help you.

I've been using Problem Solved for a couple of years now to take care of of my shrubs as well as interior pest control. While you will always have bugs, insects, and problems here in S Fl, Problem Solved always comes out promptly to address any concerns. This is on top of their regular service and never costs me a dime. Their service is top notch and they truly have a customer first approach. Great service, and awesome customer service. I highly recommend them.
